I am gutted with the service I have received from this women! I ordered the silver love heart bars also along with a mystery set! As I’ve been looking so forward to having my new jewellery! They was meant to be delivered by the 18th or 19th with Royal Mail but haven’t received my order I have tried contacting the seller personally but by the looks of things she doesn’t care so everyone be careful do not buy of this seller lucky enough I was able to get my money back through Etsy!!!!

Item never arrived, messaged the seller asking for a refund. She replied asking if I would likens replacement, reiterated I wanted a refund. No response, messaged again still no response. Had to open a case with Etsy to get my money back. Wouldn’t recommend this seller.
